Nomex® Tape with Acrylic

Nomex® Tape with Acrylic is made of Nomex® Aramid Paper coated with acrylic adhesive, packaged in a roll of 30m or 50m. Nomex® Adhesive Tape has excellent solvent resistance and is conformable and flexible with superior ability to absorb resins and varnishes. It also has high temperature rating, excellent tear resistance and superior adhesion. It is used as insulation material of class F (155°C).

Nomex® Tape with Silicone Adhesive

Nomex® Tape with Silicone is made of DuPont Nomex® Aramid Paper coated with silicone adhesive, and packaged in roll of 30m or 50m. Nomex® Adhesive Tape has excellent solvent resistance, and is conformable and flexible with superior ability to absorb resins and varnishes. It also has very high temperature rating, excellent tear resistance and flame resistance. It is used as insulation material of class N (200°C).

Polyimide Tape with Acrylic Adhesive

Polyimide Tape with Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive is made of polyimide film with heat resistant acrylic adhesive, packaged in a 36 yard (33m) roll. It maintains high heat resistance, excellent chemical and radiation resistance. Polyimide Tape with Acrylic is widely used as electrical insulation of class F (155°C) for motor, transformer, coils, battery and so on.

Double Sided Polyimide Tape with PET Release Liner

Polyimide Tape with PET Release Liner consists of polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive on one side or both sides and polyester release liner over the silicone, packaged in a 33m (36 yard) roll. It removes cleanly without leaving an adhesive residue after processing. It has a release liner, is very convenient for die cutting.

ESD Kapton® Tape

ESD Polyimide Tape is also known as ESD Kapton® tape, consists of low static polyimide film coated with silicone adhesive to withstand temperature up to 260°C (500°F), packaged in a 36 yard (33m) roll. ESD Kapton® tape generates extremely low levels of triboelectric charge when it is unwound from the roll and also when removed from most surfaces on which it is placed. This makes the tape an excellent choice for use near electronic components and assemblies.

Kapton® Tape is also known as high temperature tape or polyimide tape. It is made of polyimide film with heat resistant silicone adhesive to withstand temperature up to 260°C (500°F). Kapton® tape maintains excellent thermal, mechanical, physical, and chemical properties. It removes cleanly without leaving an adhesive residue after processing. The UL File No. is E319078.

Printable White Polyimide Film Label

Printable Polyimide Film Label is made of polyimide film coated with a printable high opacity white coating on one side and acrylic adhesive with release liner on the other side. The gloss or matt white coating is designed for thermal transfer printing with resin based ribbons. This film is used as barcode and alphanumeric identification of printed circuit boards and related electronic components
